IBARMS

IB ARMS is a workshop provider for International Baccalaureate.

Having been frustrated with all of the work-arounds and manual processing involved with other online registration solutions, IB ARMS contacted us for a custom registration solution that would adhere to the unique rules and guidelines set forth by IBO.  This project was the birth of Joingo IB.

The registration product needed to handle all of the usual registration needs such as payment, withdrawals, transfers and cancelations as well as the unique constraints of IB.  IB constraints included tracking IB codes, limiting the number of participants per course for each IB code, allow group registrations and printing a specifically formatted IBNA Report after all courses completed.  The product also needed to be available online, needed to handle different access levels, allow for multiple price points, allow for different sessions that could run simultaneously, categorize by both department and level, and include a waiting list.
